Celebrated every year in the parish
- Parish Feast of St. SeverusKumbham 8 and 9 (February). The memorial feast of our patron saint, attended by people of all faiths.
- Feast of St. GeorgeMay 8 and 9.
- Feast of St. Gregorios of ParumalaFirst Sunday of November, with a pilgrimage on foot (padayatra) to Parumala on 1 November. The first padayatra in the eastern region began from this parish over 40 years ago.
- Ettu NombuThe eight-day Lent in honour of St. Mary, 1–8 September, observed every year without a break.
- ShunoyoThe feast of the Assumption of St. Mary (Vangippu Perunnal), 15 August.
Wayside Crosses (Kurishadi)
- St. George, near Vayalathala Post Office, built in 1969 on land donated by Kuzhikalayil Sri. Geevarghese John, consecrated by Daniel Mar Philoxenos.
- St. Gregorios of Parumala, near Puthamon beside the Ranni–Kozhencherry road, donated in 1982 by Pallickal Sri. Geevarghese Philipose and consecrated by Catholicos Baselios Mathews I.
- St. Mary, at the western gate of the church, built by the Olickal family in February 2005 for the centenary and consecrated by Philipose Mar Eusebius.
